Quality is a central theme in our injection moulding manufacturing plant. Our hightech production machines have built-in quality checks and are of such high standard and accuracy, that the products produced maintain consistent quality. An effective and accurate management system has been set up to ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout the production line, client deadlines are met and orders are timeously fulfilled.
We also offer in-house UV curing printing technology and laser cutting and engraving. Printing of product graphics or banding is done directly onto products with incredible detail. Again it completes the production process by saving the customer from having to involve yet another contractor for printing needs.
Once the final product is packaged we will assist you with production forecasts and can maintain buffer stock levels on our premises.
